The setup is straightforward, and the robot vacuum easily glides over small bumps or uneven floors. With its powerful 3000Pa suction, it does a fantastic job of picking up dust, dirt, and pet hair from both carpets and hard floors. The cordless vacuum is also a great addition, reaching into tight spots and providing a thorough clean. Both vacuums operate quietly, making it perfect for any time of day or night. Overall, it's a convenient and effective cleaning tool that delivers impressive results while being easy to use. Highly recommended!

I have a bunch of robot vacuums. I have two Eufy S1 Pros, an army of Eufy 11S and the Eufy E20. I purposely got the Switch Bot K10+ for its compact size. I wanted a vacuum that could fit around the toilet. Yes, the K10 can definitely vacuum those tighter areas that the S1 and E20 simply cannot fit. The K10 is noticeably quiet. If the K10 were as short as the 11S, I would be able to retire all my 11S vacuums. The 11S seem to be the only vacuum that can go under my furniture. However, these new vacuums beat out the 11S. I don’t have to empty them. I didn’t think I would be so grateful for self emptying as I am. Even the K10’s upright vacuum self empties and is much easier to deploy and use than the Eufy E20. The E20 does beat out all my other vacuums in terms of suction. However the sheer reach of the K10 makes it the perfect bathroom vacuum.

I was an owner of the previous K10 and I recently upgraded to the K10+ Pro Combo because of its genius way to combine a small robot and cordless vacuum cleaner; I can definitely say it's worth the upgrade!

If you have the previous version, the robot is basically the same in terms of size (meaning it's perfect if you have a small/medium apartment) but it's a bit smarter in mapping and significantly quieter while cleaning.

The cordless vacuum is great to finishing up the cleaning in those spaces where the robot can't reach, especially with the addition of the laser which quickly show you where to clean. Most importantly, you can simply put it back in the base and it will empty all the dust in the same bag as the robot, keeping everything clean every time (if you come from a "regular" cordless vacuum, you know for sure how much dust goes around when you go to empty it).

To summarise, go for it even if it seems expensive to you, as it gives you 2 great vacuums the value for money is actually really good!

I’m really satisfied with this product overall. First off, its handheld design is super convenient – it can deal with tight corners or even clean your car interiors with ease; it’s like a lifesaver for daily chores. Also, the robot vacuum part is pretty small and agile, so it sucks up dust and crumbs on the floor really well and saves you tons of cleaning time.

One thing to note is that if you got long-pile carpets, the suction might not be as effective, so it may not clean them completely. If most of your floor is long carpet, you might wanna use another cleaning method alongside. Overall, with its easy operation, effective cleaning power, and stylish compact design, this product is a great choice to boost your home cleaning game. Definitely recommend it to anyone lookin’ for good value and convenience!

I love the size of the vacuum and the robot. The vacuum is about the same length as my Dysons, but longer than a regular handheld vacuum, it’s as light as a handheld vacuum, and it’s perfect for stairs cleaning. The robot is also a little smaller comparing to my other robots, so it can clean the corners better. I also like that this robot doesn’t violently bump into furnitures, not like my other robots. The software is probably better designed so it avoids collision better. The two in one design is interesting. If you have smaller space, this fits well. Overall very happy with the purchase.
